Return policy
This policy applies to tangible sample goods fulfilled from the Minneapolis studio after an order is confirmed in writing. Digital references on the website itself are not merchandise and are not subject to shipping returns.
Eligibility window
Unused items in original packaging may be considered for return within fourteen calendar days of delivery, unless a different written agreement exists for a specific purchase. Opened consumables or certain personal-use goods may be excluded when safety considerations apply.
Process
Contact the team through the published email or contact form with your order reference and a short description of the issue. Approved returns receive a reply with the next mailing steps. Refunds, when issued, are processed to the original payment method where technically possible.
Shipping costs
Unless the return is due to an error verified by the studio, outbound and return shipping costs may be your responsibility. Carriers and insurance levels are selected to balance cost and traceability.
